I saw a copy of the cable knit one on Asos but I don't know about this one...the one on Asos is lovely though! What is the diet that you mentioned before? Where can find it? X

ok if you google 'Bodyism Clean and Lean' the site will come up and also loooads of articles about it. Its by a personal trainer called James Duigan who trains Elle Macpherson and Rose HW. The Daily Mail online have featured it a few times too, its a really good diet that you can basically live by...not like the silly ones! xo
